SCAM SCAM SCAM Charged £70 for £26 tickets. Essentially £40 as a fee for them booking tickets on the official site. Very misleading as the URL is very close to the real one and they've paid for placement on google search. Will not refund, terrible customer service - should not be able to operate as a business. Absolute mis-selling and misrepresentation - DO NOT USE THIS SITE it is not legitimate.
Do not use this!!! They will not send your tickets. Scam operation. Customer service is just AI. You will lose your money. Their response is all AI. They refuse to send my tickets. Very frustrating! From their auto-response they say they cannot open screenshots, attachments, or click the link provided to check that they did not send my tickets. This company should be pulled from Google.
This is a scam site. They took my money and never provided me with the tickets. They are uncontactable. I reported the Google ads but unfortunately the didn't take their ad dow.
I booked Sagrada Família + Park Güell tickets through Feel The City [which I was directed to by a Google search of the destination and didn't realize was a third-party site], and my reservation was canceled by the company three days before my visit — not by me! They never provided a real explanation for the cancellation, then only refunded €64.90 out of the approximately €109 I paid. They claimed the remaining money was kept for "administrative" and "service" fees… despite the fact that I received NO service because THEY canceled the booking! You pay inflated "tour" prices, then the company cancels; they keep a large portion of your money.
Scam, they do not send you your ticket. Come up in Google search as first. A total disgrace! Do not book with them!
This site runs Google ads mimicking the official Uffizi website with no disclosure of being a third-party reseller. They charge €94.90 per person for a ticket that costs €40.00 officially. Their confirmation email lists fake official prices (Uffizi €25 + Palazzo Pitti €16 + Boboli €10 = €51) to disguise the real markup. The actual tickets, issued by official operator Coopculture, clearly show €40.00 and "Purchased by: Grupo Feel the City SL." Audio guides included in the package were impossible to download despite full 5G signal.
Deceptive site, similar in layout to the official one and first google result. In fact, they buy tickets in vs name from the official website and sell them to you for twice as much (eg ticket x Sagrada Familia of €26 including audio guide at €49.9) without specifying anywhere their commission. You notice the scam when you get the official tickets with a bill for 26€ each. They justify themselves by saying that they offer you an audio guide service. There is no cancellation or refund. I've already contacted my lawyer and consumer associations. I will not get a refund but I hope to close the site.
Absolutely gutted. Google put them at the top of my search results, and I didn't realise this wasn't the official site. Have ended up paying MORE than DOUBLE the cost it would have been if I'd booked direct through the official website, just for the inclusion of Audio Guides that we won't end up using. Don't make the same mistake as me.
The website is heavily promoted and appears before the official site in Google search results, with a design that gives the impression it is an official Sagrada Família website. In reality, it resells tickets purchased from the official site (sagradafamilia_org) at a significant markup. For example, tickets that cost €26 officially were sold here for €45.
You are selling tickets 3 times more expensive than actual Louvre Museum. In google search you have paid sponsorship to show up first with ambiguous name "official louvre tickets". It's ultimately my fault for not doing proper research. Probably thats why you have your no refund policy.
Absolute SCAM and disgusting predatory behavior. Reselling tickets they don't even have for over double the price. They run GOOGLE ADS pretending they're the official site and then over double the price.
Avoid! I went on Google to buy tickets for the Colosseum, this website came among the 1st ones and looked like the official one. I bought the tickets there, and then found out that this was not the official one. They cost 4x the official price! I asked for a refund and so far they claim that it is not possible.
It's a scam. Looks like the official website but I can confirm it's not. Waited until 24 hours before the booked time to receive tickets as advised in the booking confirmation email but they never showed. Fraudulent site masquerading as the main site thanks to Google sponsoring.
Yes, this company is a fraud. I bought the ticket on their site (thank Google for showing me fraudulent links in the first lines even with label "sponsored") and I got nothing.
This is not the oficial website... you can get tickets for the Vatican Museum but the price is 3 times the price of the oficial website. They pay google to place their link on the top results.
A complete fraud. Under the name of The Walker Tours they offer tickets for the Cordoba mezquita. They created a website looking much like the official one which somehow comes up first in Google. We did get the tickets allright, but with a €35 surcharge. This attracted negative reviews for a company called Walkers Tours, who I believe are actually innocent…
Scam website by impersonating as the official ticket website. How come they could exist for so long? Google should be shamed of allowing this company to mislead the viewers with the word "official". The company uses ORG, not COM, intentionally trying to scam people into buying from them rather than the official ticket website. Such a shame!
We landed on the Website of this company, after we googled „official tickets alhambra" it looked like the official reseller and I couldn't find something „more serious" thanks to google-adwords or SEO… BUT: they take more than DOUBLE THE PRICE!!! Official site: alhambra-patronato(.es)
scam.. found out too late.. overcharged by 300%. see other comments here. they obviously pay google a lot in ad revenue because they appear at top of search results and have the word 'official'.
Do not use! This place is a scam. they market under guise of official "Alhambra entrada org." As well as their "my top tours"website to trick customers. I Paid 65 euro for single entry standard ticket with self guided audio download! It costs 14 euro at the door. So my top tours greedily charged 50 euro profit and marketed themselves on Google: claiming they are "the official" ticket seller. Several others in my hotel also scammed. I don't know HOW this is legal.
